I lined up for my last race of the season last weekend, the San Francisco ITU Continental Cup held on Treasure Island in the Bay. This was the final race in the Tri-Cal Elite Series, I was looking to hold or improve my current ranking of 5th.

A Mixed Bag

I had an interesting jaunt up to San Luis Obispo this weekend for Scott Tinley's On Road Triathlon. Although one may not guess so by looking at my finishing time (or bike split!!), I had a great race underneath it all, and I'm finally seeing some good progression since the knee injury....

Elite Nationals Race Report

I jetted up to Portland last weekend for another race - USAT Elite Nationals. Since I rode and ran well the previous weekend at Malibu, I was pretty excited to see what I could do with a bit more rest. I was also looking forward to catching up with some of my University World Games teammates who would be racing there as well.
