Training Camp SoCal

Training is back in full swing in prep for 2010, and things are going well. I was lucky enough to get to stay at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center for 3 weeks in January, allowing me to remember how nice it is to train outside in warm, sunny weather. (I think I was smiling the whole time I was there!) While out there, I put in the biggest three-week block of training that I have ever done, but the sessions flew by quickly and enjoyably with training partner Jen Spieldenner. I was also able to see some of my San Diego friends, which is always fun.... And most importantly, I think I got some of my tan back!
